Default Potential placegetters at Warragul greys

No bet if it becomes a "late mail" unless very short!!

race 1 # 1 beware first starters in the race!
race 4 # 2
race 6 # 1 W #3 E/W
race 7 # 1-7
race 8 # 2w #3 E/W
race 9 # 1-6-5
race 10 # 2
race 11 # 4
race 12 # 4

All care taken, but no responsibility and good luck if you are game enough.

Nice going with your selections.

Moeee doesn't like the mention of statistics, but Warragul 400 more then most other tracks lends itself solely to Leaders track, with the leader going onto win close to 60% of all races, 2nd at the 1st split will win 22.55% compelling stats.

Then a look at the 460m you have the Leading dog winning 45.41% 2nd dog =29.06% which fits in with most other 450 odd metre starts.

This is a case of "Know thy Track" greyhound rule 101

I'm a great believer and practitioner of rating on past performance and on the quality of the upcoming race, on both horses and greys but I don't regard my ratings as an inflexible set of rules that apply to every race and every track regardless.

It is rather more like the neurals, fluid and flexible, while there is no escaping the basic ability of an animal, you are perfectly correct in pointing out that that ability is more or less suited or not to certain tracks, distances and class of races.

Stats can be boring and meaningless if one is ignorant of their true power and meaning, but once mastered, not very hard at all, it's an invaluable tool.

Cheers
