Morning Michal.
Are you doing a month to date for these? I ask because the Top pick / Top 3 %'s seem to vary a bit from good to awesome so might be interesting to see month on month. Cheers LG PS apologies in advance if you have already been posting these! |
Hi LG,
Actually on day to day basis the range is a bit further then Good to Awesome. The range is more like Bad to Awesome. :) Something that we don't hide as we post the results every day. I do a month summary every month in this thread, and also the full strike rate of our data, for our Intelligence Rating which is always available on our website on the Axis Page. (will do that tomorrow) You are of course able to run this for yourself, just create a system in Selection Finder and Analyser with IR rank 1-1 and text over the entire data you have, then analyse and you will have a print out of month to month, Quarter to Quarter and Year to year. That is one ability of the Historical version, to double check that all the results we post are true. And we welcome it. |

Have been meaning to ask you Michal - do you have anything in the Historical module that represents / replicates (a) pre-post (b) bookies fixed odds at close?
Cheers LG |

Hi LG, We do not store pre-post markets as they serve no benefit and because our IR rating eclipses the pre-post prices both in terms of strike rate and return. In a recent post regarding the pre-post prices, I wrote "It is nothing more than a subjective/predictive rating that has been adopted in order to provide something to the masses to facilitate TAB turnover." We do store a range of dividend options that you can use for testing. They include, all 3 totes, middle tote, best tote, best of best tote and SP, best of NSW tote and SP, internet fixed odds and Befair. If you or anyone else wish to source and import pre-post prices as a Private Rating, you can do so within Axis and test the performance yourself using all available variables. |
Thanks Paul. Assume that the internet fixed odds might be something along the lines of Tatts Fixed Price at close?
Cheers LG |

Hi LG, The ISP during the course of the day's racing is currently Tatts fixed odds. The ISP once resulted is the median of the major corporates and the FP (fixed price) option is the best of the major corporates SP. |
